You have the right to withdraw from the purchase contract if the purchased goods are damaged during transport or do not comply with what is shown on the website. To exercise this right, a communication must be sent within 7 days from the date of receipt of the ordered goods (as per Legislative Decree No. 21 of 02/21/2014). A team of professionals will review the application and provide an answer within 30 days of receiving all the data requested in the application.

We do not accept returns after the 30 day period of receipt of goods, so contact us as soon as possible and you will receive a refund or replacement if required!

Who does it apply to?

The right of withdrawal is reserved only to natural persons, thus excluding purchases made by resellers or by subjects who in any capacity purchase for resale to third parties.

What is it about ?

The consumer, in accordance with the provisions of the most recent Italian legislation (Legislative Decree 22/05/1999 n. 185) , has the right to withdraw from the contract within 7 days of receipt of the goods, returning the object of withdrawal to the our company , who will refund the price of the returned goods. 
 

How is it applied ?

Before contacting Customer Service, it is advisable to have the order number available. Send by e-mail to: fabioangeloscafuro@gmail.com containing a declaration of wish to exercise the right of withdrawal, indicating all the requested data (order number and which products must be subject to withdrawal) including the receipt.

The right of withdrawal is in any case subject to the following conditions :

  • The purchased good must be substantially intact and unused .
  • In accordance with the law, shipping costs and any export taxes to Italy will be charged to the customer.
  • Upon its arrival at the warehouse, the goods will be examined to assess any damage or tampering (the substantial integrity of the returned goods is an essential condition for exercising the right of withdrawal) therefore we recommend the utmost attention in preparing the package, for example using the original packaging.
  • Refunds can take up to 60 days to process depending on the credit institution.

How is the refund made?

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will inform you whether or not your refund has been approved. If approved , the refund will be made automatically to your payment method within 10 business days.

Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post your refund.

  • In the case of payment by card, the refund will be made by crediting the account directly.
  • In the case of payment by bank transfer, the refund will be made by crediting the current account used by the counterparty
  • In the case of cash on delivery, the refund will be made by crediting the current account .

Attention !

It is advisable to use a courier or other suitable means for shipping to allow the shipment to be traced. It is understood that our brand will not proceed with the reimbursement of the goods subject to the withdrawal, if it does not receive the relative delivery.

EXCLUSION: (Legislative Decree 22/05/1999 n. 185)

  • There is no right of withdrawal for distance sales of made-to-measure or personalized goods.
  • We cannot accept returns for sale items or gift cards.
